ADS (Adaptive Damping System)

Way Assauto Innovation Center, jointly with Shanghai Technology Center, is developing ADS (Adaptive Damping System). The ADS is a system that can continuously adjust the damping forces through solenoid valve driven by ECU.

The control strategy, developed in Turin, consider different signals coming from the vehicle and dedicated sensors and optimize ride and comfort according to driving style.
